Well i try to control it, i have sometimes. Twitchyness well thats a no. Breathe in can work.

Belting it out loud can be harsh, and also i spray it, sometimes catch it, it depends on whos there.

But tbh it cleans out the nostrils (besides picking the odd snot like) Its all good. :A:

I currently have a cold now, i pick out like 3-4 snots every few hours. (dry ones) call me filthy but hey its better out than in. ;)
