Ok...
Just had 2 new front wheel bearings as thought that was the issue..
When I'm driving along there's a small squeek sound, then after driving for about 5 minutes there's a grinding / whining noise, It goes when I put the power on. When I put the clutch in to change gear it makes the noise, and when I let the power off to slow down or just with the accellerator in the same position (cruising along)
I've also lost a lot of power

I had this exact problem a while ago mate.
Your CV Joint is cracked/leaking. You need to replace your driveshaft.
The reason it makes the noises at odd times is because as you accelerate the nose of the car raises causing a noise. Then as you brake/clutch in the nose dipps causing the weight of the car to make the noise.
Get your head under your wheels at the front look around your wheel bearing/cv joint area, if it is pissing out grease you need a new driveshaft.
Looking at about £140 for parts and labour.
As for losing power I think your either just being paranoid or its something very serious.
Hope this helps :)

It feels as if my clutch is slipping also...
My passenger CV boot wasn't attached before the MOT and pissed out with grease all over my wheel, it's been reclamped but I'm guessing it needs greasing?

Yeah, CV Joints have a mechanism that basically keeps the joint lubricated by pumping it with grease. Commonly this mechanism can split due to old age. Your best to check if there is grease all over the place if so I'd reccomend a new driveshaft if re-greasing it fails.
Mine was passenger side and the noise sounded like it was coming from my engine/drivers footwell. It basically sent a shockwave effect down the car making it seem much worse than it is!
As for clutch, check to see if it is worn. Put it in 4th gear and try to pull away, you SHOULD stall in 4th gear but if your clutch is dying then you should be able to pull away without stalling.
