Please Help fuel gauge

the immobiliser went on my car so got it changed and then the fuel gauge wouldt move from the bottom so thought it might be the fuel sender got that changed and it still hasnt moved.

when i start the car it will go on the red go up and down twice then stop at the bottom any suggestions please

Loose earth somewhere, i think theres also connections to the fuel pump itself..
