Groupmanager.ex - Preventing shutdown!

This has just started to happen.
On shutdown it comes up with Groupmanager.ex is preventing the computer from shutdown, then i have to click shutdown!

Anyone shed some light on this?

Do you have a Creative Zen by any chance? Quick google shows it's related to their software.

Its a trogan virus though
