hi just fitted a powerflex lower engine mount but might have a wee prob it might be norm but when the car sits idling the whole car vibrates its not bad but would like to know if its anyone else has fitted one and get the same or have i over tightend a bolt

its because you have put a hard mount on thus sending all the vibrations from the engine to the body, its normal.

That's normal mate. Stiffer mount means the vibrations get transferred to the car more.

That's normal. It's stiffer than the normal bush so will transfer more of the engine vibration through the car. As the engine warms up it will vibrate less, although it will still shake as your pulling off at low revs.

also what youll find running harder mounts (i have group n mounts all round) is that sounds get amplified.

ie my box has been rebuilt and i can hear it whining quite abit due to the sound being amplified
