saxo wont start

my saxo wont start,I just get a clicking sound when turning the ignition, had green flag out to it, they said battery, new battery fitted, this morning my car would't start same thing just a clicking noise,please can any one help.

Did it start when you fitted the new battery and then u left it overnight and it didn't start next morning?
If not, I'd say starter motor, or an earth.

was it actually a new battery? maybe check starter motor.

I have traced the fault to the battery being drained when left for long periods say overnight, I put an ammeter onto the battey with the car ignition off and it was pulling
3 amps, I removed fuses under the bonnet but still pulling current, I then tried the fuses under the dash to no avail but I did notice that when I moved the fuse box their seemed to be a clicking noise from what appeared to be relays, their are 2 above the fuses and 1 I could remove which made no difference but their is an orange one which I cannot remove but did seem to switch when shook can any one tell me what this is for and can it be removed for testing to see if the current drain stops, please help.
