i parked up today left the car to then return to it watching a bloke reversing into gap behind my car and he hit my back bumper massive scratch rite down to the plastic big black mark. so pulled him up about it he said nah wernt me mate! :zainy: and tryed to walk off so i stoped him rowed for a while he wouldn't have it comming up with loads of excusses then just gets back in his van and fucks off. where do i stand now what shell i do? i got his num plate model of van and colour time it happend aqnd where etc. what can be done? thanx guy's ;)

On your new car? Unlucky mate, erm, try report it to the police? And maybe the insurance company etc.

apparently loads of cars get banged into on this paticullar road i didn't know but local shop owner was saying, no cctv iver :(

love two i was gunna today at one point i was litterally clenching my fist and grinding my teeth at him lol thats when he did one think he kinda saw what may be comming lol :boxing:

bet they'd just say it's my word against his, police aint to helpfull these day's ill may give it ago tho :y:

well in that situation i would have grabbed the back of the guys head and twatted it against his steering wheel and then asked him again if it was him that hit my bumper.

(this would all be done a quiet none violent way lol)

Police will sort it if you report him. They will take your car and his van and see if it matches up on the scratch and so on. Then they will fuck him over and he will get what he deserves.
