How do I remove rear door panels(4 Door)

Sorry to bring it up again but I still can't get the window winders off to remove rear door panels. I have tried prising a screwdriver under the handle but something is holding it in place and I don't want to take a large bolster to it!. I really need to sort this as the central locking don't work on n/s rear door now so ive got to get the panel off! H E L P

there mite be a circlip sorta thing holding the arm on look behind the arem for a metal clip

have you done a search? You can cheat like i do... pop into halfords and take a butch at the haynes saxo manual :)

Thanks but ive looked in the manual and it is no help and I can't see any circlip either!
