Is there a MK3 saxo?

If you look at a 2001 model which i used to have and a 2003 model which i have now, the bonnets are different!

My new one's bonnet is alot shorter - my mate said it looks like a C2 one.

There were actually more that 3 different variations but only ever a Mk1, Mk1 facelifted version with later grill and interior, then the Mk2 with new front end, rear lights, interior etc

Late models are normally models that the dealer couldnt shift and where just hanging about unregistered.

I think sometimes because the Phase1 had a more pointed front with a lightly sharper bonnet line it looks longer than the Phase2 with its more rounded front and bonnet.

All the front bumpers are the same as far as I know so the wings must be the same length.

Ride height and wheel size can also make the fronts look longer or shorter so yeah probally Optical illustion :y:
