Slightly confused about rear lights.. smoked jewels.

Ok, people have recommended the smoked jewels but am slightly confused as to which make smoked jewels their referring too, I'm reading lexus lights arn't exactly the most desired yet when I search on ebay I seem to only find lexus smoked jewels, are these the one's their most probably referring too?

They arnt lexus lights. imo they would look good on most saxos.
