The bit's which go at the end of the bar's so it isn't just exposed metal smileys/happy.gif

Like a plug that just slots into the end, then you tighten up the bolt and it stays in smileys/happy.gif

Lightened barends are the large bolts that go in the end of the handle bars.... they are made of a lighter metal... hence being Lightened Barends.

Paddock Stands are 2 stands that lift the bike off the floor so you can work on the bike whilst it is stood upright.
