Master Cylinder and Bleeding Brakes Advice needed...

I've had a little read on the forum about the above, but couldnt find anything useful to me.

I've purchased some 266mm Brakes from Viper and looking at putting them on soon. What I want to know is, do I need to upgrade my Master Cylinder? If so, what size? Also, where can I purchase one?

How much brake fluid is needed when bleeding the new brake system? I am having braided hoses front and back, and curious to know how to do this myself.

dont need to uprate the mc with 266mm. i used a full 2ltr bottle when bleeding the brakes normally.
