They do this for one of a number of reasons, either incase they need to quickly escape on a bike they have just spotted unattended and dont want to get their trousers caught in the chain, or icase they soil themselves, or maybe jsut mabe they actually think they look good.

around here, they wear caps on the smallest adjustment setting, they are on the back of their heads with the peak nearly facing up right, they will have trackie pants on with rockport boots (WTF smileys/smiley5.gif ) with the socks over the pants! then they will have a strippy jumper with berghaus coat tied around waist or vice versa, the lasses do exactly the same apart from they wear big fuck off earings that a parrot could swing on, and look like a thing the old shire horses used to wear around their necks!! she could do nothin but sympathise with them cos they had 'hard lives' they didnt get a good education or because they cant get jobs!
