Wheel adapters - where from?

There is some Merc wheels that I want to get which are 5x112 but my car is 4x100 so where do I get some adapters?

Turns out the bolts cross each other so not possible but then I found this while searching on google but the seller is from the states :n:

see if he posts to the uk you never know, have you also tried rim style or potn? some company like that

The wheels got sold before I even found adapters. ffs.
