just put some microfibre cloths in the bath to soak as they are all black from my wheels etc....any household products that get rid of the black?? or like make it easier to wash off? washing up liquid?

i always either stick them in the washing machine with no detergent or buy microfibre wash from cyc mate

do not use household detergents

hmm, they are only halfords own brand cloths, im not worried that much about them losing their quality as i just use them to wash the spokes on my wheels now...

if there only cheap cloths i think you can get away with using bio-degradable washing powder, dont quote me on that though mate.

I just stick mine in the washing machine on a 30 with a bit of whatever you usually put in a washing machine lol. works a treat, I do it with my drying towel as well. :y:

im just worried they will leave grease in the washing machine and my mum wont be happy if all our clothes go black and smell of grease :S lol

put them in a bucket of water with liquid detergent that contains no bleach or fabric softener, let them soak and wash as you would do normal clothes. rinse and air dry.

na should be fine mate, just drain away like every thing else :y:
