Hey im not so good with all this ICE. But would this setup be ok?

that amp will only run the sub not the speakers aswel mate.

ok sorry mate. so rms is what you look for when choosing equipment suitable for each other?

yes, RMS means route mean square, its a measurement used to show the ACTUAL capabilities of equiptment at certain impedances,

peak power is what the equiptment can acheive on short bursts, such as an influx of drums etc

to sustain the peak power consistantly, youd damage either amp or sub / speakers

RMS is what the product can run consistantly without over working
