Yes, ANYTHING to do with water AND Photoshop should only be used to crop (resize) the image and add a border if you wish (like I do with lens details, etc...)

cheers simo im glad you like it, its a piece of glass mate with raindrops on it, i played around with the white balance settings on the camera to make it a slightly blue tint.

Well going outside to take a pic wasn't an option.. so I had to do something inside. Got my EOS, some water.. and here's the result.

A. I couldnt get close enough with my crappy lens!

B. The tap I was practicing with was minging!! smileys/smiley11.gif

simo both pics are shot on a nikon coolpix 5400 which comes under slr style as they have more features than a point and shoot but less than a full slr as you can not change the lens. it is equivelent to the fuiji finepix models. lol so now you have the dilema of deciding which class to put it in hehe.

Actually my first idea (when we just started the competition) was the glas. But when I took the pics last night I started with the tap because that seemed easier (how wrong was I!?!).

And you couldn't get close enough? You used the kit lens. That zooms to 55mm. I only had 50mm (prime) to work with ;)
I actually like your tap btw. Would look great in black and white. I tried my pic in black and white, but then you didn't notice the logo in the drop anymore. I used a IR filter for the other pic though smileys/smiley9.gif
