my vts got mot'd today.
needs a headlamp adjuster (for some reason i never noticed it was missing).
Wee bit of welding to the cat section, as its blowing.
Needs 2 wishbones, as the balljoints are screwed, anyone have an idea how much they are, got quoted 38 quid each, which seems ok.
Are they easy to do?

Suspension arms are not to hard. There are two nuts each side in the car it self under the carpets. There it a bolt each side under the engine bay. Then a pinch bolt on the struts. Some have arbs bolted to them as well. They do tend to fight you so can take a bit of muscle to manipulate. Can be handy to have a friend at hand. Only thing you can really do wrong it pull the drive shaft out. This will result in the gearbox oil falling out. Simple enough to top back up if it does.

not on the vts you cant, according to my mate, if you paid 34 quid for a normal one then i cant grumble for an extra 4 quid for a vts one!!!
