Put a pic up of them on the car, they cant be legal if they are sidelights. not allowed to be blue.

Ummm he says they're sidelights but the website link says they are main headlight bulb replacements.

That is the pic of them fitted to the Saxo.
They are 501 capless bulbs which are sidelights.
They are Street Legal and E-marked even though they have blue tint.

i just ordered some of these from ebay, to complete my xenon set! just fitted xenon headlamp bulbs today bright as fuck and i got them for £8 inc p+p, that site is selling them for £13, im pleased smileys/smiley14.gif

Ok. Well they have all bulbs that are contained within the main headlights under one section. That is why it's misleading.
