You can get the out by hand to a point, and it will be really hard work to do so, will still have swirls ut can reduce them alot.
Machine is the way ahead and not them £20 jobbys from argos

Try detailing world, guy did a test on removing swirls by hand with different polishes

i have my own brand of soft wax imported in from over seas. and it has the best possible mix that you can buy and i sell it for 20 quid. but i can sell you a tin for 2 grand if you want lol. no way can a tin of wax be worth 2 grand.
