is it easy to get the carpet up?? so i can lay the wires.. or am i gonna have to fiddle with panels and dorr trims?? im tempted to maybe fit the autochanger in the glove compartment.. not sure tho.. hmmm decisions decisions

I fitted my autochanger in the glove compartment. Dead easy. Getting the carpet up is very easy. Only removing the rear doorpanel will take some time. after that its just fitting it al back together. Its almost impossible to do anything wrong.

thats what i like to hear! idiot proof! lol i think i should fit it in the boot.. dont wanna start drillin holes for cables, i want everything to be removable for when i trade it in...

kewl... mines a sony x-plod colour.. its the mp3 changer.. does look quite cool.. will have to see how big it is when it gets here.. which should be anytime now.. if its a nice size i might fit it in the glove box

X-plode ones aint that big for as far as I know. The one I've got is one of the biggest cus it has a 12 cd capacity. So think yours would fit with without doin any big mods to the glovebox. Maybe you only have to make a hole for the cable.

Just took a big sharp knife from the kitchen and started cutting bits of plastic away untill it fitted perfectly. lol Its so tight in the box now that it cant even move. <img src= "smileys/grin.gif">
