Problem with Itunes?

Anyone having problems with Itunes store? I did the 3.0 upgrade and my camera was still not working so i decided to do a restore. It all went fine now it will not connect to itunes so i cannot activate my iphone which means no phone!!

Mine has done now after an hour of trying to connect!
