Knocking?

Hey there guys, ive got a problem and its driving me insane, whenever i set off, change gear, or tap the throttle, i get a knock, just the one, it only does this when im moving so i cant find out where th problem is coming from, at first i thought it may be the exhaust knocking beacuse of the change in pressure, it shouldnt be the clutch because i had a new one fitted less than a month ago.
