found out i needed a wheel bearing the other day so ordered 1 and desided 2 put it in today so took the strut out and then found it was the wrong bearing but lucky enough i got the rite one in a local shop which had it on the shelf so then the next problem was i couldnt get the old one out of the strut so after aload of f**king about trying 2 get it out i desided 2 pull the strut out of another vtr im breaking before i took it all out i shook the wheel etc...2 check the bearing first and it all felt as should be but when i put the strut into the other car the movment feels as bad as wot it felt with the other strut/bearing.

so my question is, is ther a certain way the drive shaft gose in or any thing? or somehow is it the wheel bearing again lol

Sorted was the drive shaft must have had 2 odd shafts on the car and probley wasnt the bearing in the first place but when i took the first strut out the bearing was that good anyway so was ready 2 go if not part of the prob.

but all sorted now swapped the driveshafts over from the other car ;)
