Strange colour spiders... [Archive] - Saxperience

hey guys,

While out washing my car, i went to head in the house for a drink and spotted this little thing near my front door...

Now im not scarred of spiders, dont bother me one bit.

But this one is abit to patternd to be normal round here isnt it?? looks like a baby tarantula lol
Anyone got any ideas? was canny small as you can see but still

Anyone seen and funy colored spiders round the house??

How can you say it looks huge, thats a brick and motar.

I had a huge fucker run under my bed and out the other side last week, I shit myself. Jumped up grabbed a mug and poured out everything in it out the window and stuck it ontop of the spider. Not checked since, i hope its dead.

i had two giant fuckers, no shit, run across my bed like they were on a fooking mission, didnt sleep that night lol then another night i looked up when i was in bed there was one right above me on the ceiling and the fucker droped down like a fucking parachuter and landed right next to me! you've never seen me move as fast lol i swear they come after me at night :n:

see these things all the time round my end too.. nothing too special :) they do jump and a bite a bit though, got a huge lump when one bit me a couple years back :|

I saw one of these near the doorway to my block of flats yesterrday, was near the buzzer, which I had to stand and ring like a twat cos my GF couldn't hear me buzzing it! I was pretty scared cos of the silly colour if I'm honest.

not the same colour but a week past saturday a group of us went "wild" camping up by pitlochry. all sitting round the fire drinkin/chatting away as you do when this spider catches my eye in the grass... bright green thing! :fcuk: showed the fowk around me after i picked it up.

wasnt big compared to the ones we had crawlin through our tent in tanzania but was just amazed at the colour of it. forgot all about it till this thread

i hate spiders, the ones in my flat are so big at times they should pay rent!
last year i hoovered up everyone i saw, but this year i leave the skinny ones to it, its the fat black ones that scare me lol.

Saw one a bit like that in my garden yesterday, there were two of them in a web outside the kitchen window... and they had a dead bee wrapped up in their web! Crazy..

I fucking hate spiders. Was lying in bed one night and i had a 'feeling' that someone/something was there, turned around to lie on my back and there was this MASSIVE spider running at my face!!! Im not joking...it was massive and i swear it had planned its run up! I dont think i have ever jumped out of bed that quick in my life! lol. I felt like a big girl but after when i saw the dead spider lying on my bed i felt ok :P

ust to get one maybe two of them lil striped spiders in my mom n dads garden in summer ust to look out for them as there realy cool looking scary as foook but cool looking and make huge webs. now got my own place where were located must be there hang out/play ground lol theres fooking loads of them. i could litteraly gpo out side and prob take a picture of about at least three. i call them jo-lo spidders as they have Fat arses. there harmless tho more harmless than a normal house spider. we should be glad we dont have these fuckers in our houses/gardens like america and other hot places.......

Did a bit of research on em once and that looks very much like a tarantula imo

Tarantulas are a specific type of spider, black widows and other hazardous spiders arent tarantulas, tarantulas always have the fat stubby look where there is a flat bit at the front and the back bit is like big and round (cant really explain it!)
