Hi.....
I'm going to attempt to install Pioneer TS-G1318 dual cone 130w front speakers in my VTR and want to know of any advice/pitfalls I should be aware of??
Is it straight forward job or a pain in the ass??

if they are 13cm speakers & the depth is not to big then it should be a straightforward job. if you still have the standard speakers in then the rivets will need drilling out first.

as above (although i cant remember any drilling!)- ive pioneers in my front - didnt have any probs apart from door panel pins breaking

some of the standard speakers have rivets in, not screws. i was lucky and someone had already done mine so when i upgraded the new speakers went straight in

yeah thje front speakers are riveted in even though one side of mine had 2 screws in and 2 rivets smileys/smiley5.gif
