Another newbie

Alright ppl !
Havent introduced myself yet so i thought i would say hello..
I own my very first saxo .. its the VTR MK2 ..
I have a few pics of it for you ... i hope these come up properly haha,, here goes......

oh and erm.. forgot to say ,, its totally standard MK2... had it about 2 months £1900 with 44 k on clock .. absolutely spotless condtion... HPI clear the lot ...

Only thing that was added was these small blue bulbs under where your knees sit that come on when i put me lights on.. now, i quite like them.. Any one know what they might be ? They're just like a small bulb the size of your little finger nail (maybe smaller) Attatched to 2 small wires, There is two on passenger side (under glove compartment) and two on drivers side... id like to replace the drivers side ones cause they have stopped working ... looks nice at night with the footwells glowing neon blue ...

Im not really into the lexus light thing i like those darker lights that i see people with(wondered what they were) and the angel eyes thing looks kool... but im more intested about doin some mods that can boost power .. You know.. squeeze that last BHP out of it without taking an engine out or spending ridiculous money.
I am aware of a panel air filter change for breathing .. but thats about it .. i hear people banging on about strutbraces and cams n stuff but i dont really wana be askin some one to do it if i dont know what im talking about myself, I want to fnd out as much as possible then maybe go ahead with it ....Any idea's people . Thanks !! :D
