Central South Member

Dont know where to post this, so i apologise if its in the wrong section.

Under some peoples user name (in there avatar) there is an england sign / scottish sign and when you highlight it. It says "Yorkshire member" or "Central south member".

How do i do this / become a member aswell? (not premium)

User CP, go on social groups, and pick your area, the leader of that group will have to accept you into it :y:
