Failed my MOT due to no rear brakes.
I am going to try bleeding them when the weather gets drier.
Apart from bleeding them what else can i do to find out where my problem lies.
For both brakes not to be working i thought it was strange tbh lol.
Any help will be great guys

id say the bias compensator will probably have killed itself and stopped the brakes working

Ive just changed mine for the same reason...mot failure.
The rear brakes are discs and maybe the sliders are sticking. I changes the discs and pads and cleaned the caliper for less than £30.
The pad which forced the pads together maybe sticking awell...try that.
hope this helps m8

Yehh but i dont want to change them if theres no need lol.
What did it say on your failure sheet mate ill know if u had same problem then.
I need to know what type of checks to do to eliminate problems (eg, bleed brakes to see if theres air locks)

there is a bias box on the rear beam
its on passenger side and has a spring running from it to the arm
it ajust the bias according to how much weight is in the back of the car (if your lowered you should adjust it) they can seize or fail and it may have shut off and caused the rears to not work
