Door Trim Material?

Right guys,

Looking to redo my doorcards,

Anyone know what the material is called thats normally already coverd on them? I need to know the name so i can just search the net for black version of it.

its just cotton mate, your local material or haberdashery will do what u want, but the original stuff has couple of mm of sponge on the back

mate just recover then in material - will save you a fortune (ebay often also has saxo doorcards with dif styles of fabric / leather inserts)

i really dont know if this is any help but i did mine myself - this is how they ended up;

I just took the old fabric peice off, got some faux leather for £5 off ebay for a mtr, and glewed it on :P

I have left the foam on insert anyway, I just peeled the material off. :)

Buy some flux leather, vinyl, alcantara from ebay...

yer thats the way to do it mate, then follow what 3cotty sed - i prefer leather tbh as i think its a lil moe easy to use
