IM soo miffed, i think there is a dog giving birth in the house across from mine.

but it has been barking yelping screaming! since 9pm lastnite.

what can i do , am i legally allowed to ring poilce about it ? or do i giv it the beans and go over there?

i think you can complain, unsure about police but definitely the council. or just have a word with them if you knwo them:y:

no i think there breeders but i aint sure, it sound likes it dieing tho its been screaming all night so i think they need ring vet or summat.

I would phone someone mate. Dog's are able to give birth on thier own. And surely it cant last that long. You're not gonna get into any trouble for phoning the police. They will just send a PSCO round, find out what the deal is and give you a call back if everything is ok.

it aint giving birth its just a stupid fucking dog as its still outside crying ive shouted over fence but i aint sure which garden it is.

its got 5 mins to shut up or all the gardens i cn see aregetting peppered with the hose pipe.

why dows my air rifle look sogood all of a sudden. plus if i let it out it is still going to be barking.

plus they must be able to hear it yapping as its to warm to have windows shut

Yelpping and crying is not worth going to see if the dog is ok.

i would help a animal in need even if it did ruin my sleep.

sounds like its just crying to get inside tbh just had a ganders over day and tried to shout the owner but no joy ive just give it some dog food to shut it up but if it carries on ill go round and knock on front door.
