Mirrors??

I want to do somethign to my mirrors..i just have standard mirrors atm without mirror caps.im going for the blue and black theme

-Shall i get posi blue mirrors to go with the car?
-get 106 GTI mirrors and colour code them?
-A Diff style of mirror?
-Ive also seen some people have got glossy black mirrors instead of the matte black(standard colour)?

Check my thread if you need to or if some people could photoshop me some pics

Suggestions welcome and all views taken.

I reckon you should spray your mirrors gloss black, or gloss black 106 gti mirrors, although i thought the 106 mirrors looked abit like shrek ears lol

Lol yeah ive seen a lad with glossy black and they look mint,but if i do that then id prefer to do rest of the black panels glossy black too to go with the mirrors(if you see what i mean mate) Haha yeah i see what your saying about the gti mirrors lol.

Yeah ive seen the standard shiny and tey look ace or there is a place local to me which have the m3's and dtms in shiny black liek this:

But thats the effect i want like that shine,but on myabe a standard mirror instead of the DTM or M3. Ive got black angels for the front to be fitted aswell so the black would go with them too:y:

Im not to keen on M3 mirrors, no offense to anyone that has them, i just think the subtle approach is much better, I'd go for the super shiny black standard mirrors if it was me mate :y:

Just get some blue VTR mirrors, look good with the black blue colour coding

I had them for about a year, before decieding i wanted a change, i went for mirror caps on standerd mirrors

cheers for the comments guys,yeah i liek the subtle looks on the mirrors etc. If i did the mirrors gloss black they would go with the alloys but i would wnat to do the bumstrips and side panels etc lol and thats money money money which i dont really have as i wnat to lower it next month and want to save up for that. I may go tho the scrappy and see if they got some posi blue mirror caps:y:

Yeah i think im going to go for the blue mirror caps option,small but subtle and i think it makes a far bit of difference to the looks of the front end and so will the angels when fitted :)

Yeah i cant wait for it to be lowered and that,it takes time to make a car your own,but its worth the money and the waiting i reckon :)

Oh yes, i remember with my old colbalt blue 106,i wanted to try out so many different ideas, but unfortunatly it ended up with steelies, a dodgy exhaust and bright red sparco slag flaps lol! looked very silly i must say,

hahaa but that why i only do a few smaller mods each month or a bigger one,so you can save more money and get better stuff rather than getting some cheap stuff and making it look tacky and it lasting a few months.this month its ultra angels and maybe mirror caps and next month its lowering.

Yeah i may go to a scrappy but there dodgy around my area and the scrappies dodgy and rough as lol, ebay maybe my next option or people off here lol.
