Some pics of the scars im left with after I was in a crash (april 09)
Over 100 staples in total, pics dont show all the scars because theres a few that are small and in awkward places :n:
Metal frame going into the bone

Broke 6 ribs, shattered my pelvis into 6 pieces, sliced my liver, tore two arteries quite badly, burst my spleen, put a hole in my diaphram, punctured both lungs and both lungs wer flooded with fluid, had a drain in both lungs, broke a bone in my lower back, had a haematoma and bruisin on my brain, sliced my ear open, had a large tear in my urethra, bladder infection, got pneumonia in my left lung. Thats all i think :n::n:

Holy shit... I'm not normally queasy but that's very very bad, it just looks VERY nasty. Hope you get a decent amount of compo for that man, although I bet you are just glad you are alive and on the mend...
Sorry if it's been mentioned but those scars have thrown my memory a bit, but will you make a full recovery (minus those horrific scars)?

driver came out with a sore neck and a broken ankle, all the impact was on my side, the passenger door was over the handbrake after the crash.

Just hope people who speed are reading this thread, speeding left me lying on my back staring at the ceiling for 3 months, worse time of my life, when I get the test il be extra safety cautious after this, definitely.

Dont think they will, there quite deep, not really bothered about them tho, be different if I was a model or something lol I made a thread b4 bout my injuries but I didnt actually know or understand half of my injuries when I made the thread.:n:

Me and a mate were out driving one nite and on the way home he was speeding down this hill part of the road and hit a serious flood and spun and hit a wall.
He is denying speeding but he must have been :n:

The surgeons said if i was 40 I would have died. Only because im 18 and the body is still developing and that young people heal quicker thats why I survived.:y:

You're extremely lucky to be alive! And no matter how safe a car is, 60mph into a solid wall will never be pretty. A light car like a 106 for instance at least has little inertia...
