I've had to verify my bank account. They put 2 small amounts into the said account, and you had to tell them the amounts.

in all seriousness tho -i think it's when there's some kinda dispute registered against a user for watever reason. Paypal freeze all registered accounts at that address until there's a resolution.

Either you've got a dispute, or someones had a nose around your account.

Had to re-verify all of mine again, right piss on.
"Suspicious amounts of widthdrawls" ... Funny 'cause it's been the same for the past 3-4 years.

Wankers.

if anything i would be more happy than annoyed at the inconvience, it's reassuring that they are checking accounts and preventing theft and fraud :), set up on-line banking and it will make checking the two amounts a lot lot easier :)
