have just been on speeding.co.uk and they do different colour tinting spray, has anyone done this,if so can they recomend it?

i think al_Vtr did his rear light with it and it came out not too bad. personally i'd rather just buy smoked rear lenses but like i say they came out not bad.

they do black,blue,red as i have got a posi blue car i thought that the blue spray would be best.

i boght black spary 2 weeks ago and tinted my rear lights. i have to say i prefer them tinted they look much better and also its a gud few ££'s cheaper.plus easier to replace if sum1 shud hit u from behind.

yeah i used the smoke tint spray for my back lights & side repeaters. the back lights look very good, but not so happy with the side repeaters.

not seen the coloured stuff used before but know that there was some red stuff when i bought mine. don't think coloured spray would look as good as the smoked spray though

what about red as the bottom part of the light is red anyway.
can you put laquer over the top to make them nice and shiny?

you could put laquer on but they recommend just using polish. the tint spray is removable so if you put laquer on you wouldn't be able to easily.

suppose it'd look a little like the 106, their rear lights are completely red. so yeah should look good.

i assisted the drying with my missus hairdryer,i only covered them with 2 coats,i didnt want to go too dark.the hardest bit for me was getting both lights the same shade,its done now and im chuffed to bits,have a go at it matey smileys/smiley2.gif
