yep sure do, did it myself what you need is:

A hairdryer to get the lights apart, by melting the mastik then pry open the light with a flat blade screw driver.

once you have opened the lens take the indicator lens off, put the headlight mask in a bucket of warm soapy water so that it loosens the paint up, then rub the chrome off with either a microfibre cloth(expensive) or some wire wool(cheap)

after the chrome comes off you can spray the headlight mask whatever colour you want as long as it is heat resistant i used black radiator paint.

then tint the indicator lens or just pop it straight back in up to you?

to re assemble the light repeat the opening process e.g. hairdryer to seal it all back together but to stop condensation seal around the outside of the headlight with either waterproof mastik or tiger seal i used tiger seal and my headlights look just like the expensive equivalant

hope this helps

you dont need heat paint, normal paint will do.
no need for the excessive sanding down either, just rough it up then primer, spray etc
