You think its possible to cover the entire centre console in a material such as faux leather etc. By the centre console i mean where the gearstick is/electric windows etc.

Im going to attempt it in a few days anybody seen this done or thought about it?

i would like to do mine in red. i got some spare leatherette in my garage somewhere.

i have a ipod hoder that i made in mine at the moment just wedged in.
but would like to fibreglass it into the console. and then retrim it in leather.

You could do it, would be a major effect. Couldnt you just spray it the colour you want?

do you mean major effort? of effect?

i was thinking about spraying it, but i think it be easier just to re-trim it.

Ive already sprayed it. looks ok i suppose . but would look better and more subtle in black leather.

Silver :homme: its when i really didnt know what i wanted to do with the car so sprayed every single bit of plastic i could find

but now ive gone back to matt black and dark green and the console looks ridiculous
