what gives you the worst hangover?

i tried drinking coors light last night dunno why they call it light since its 5%, i only had 6/7 pints and jesus christ i feel like complete shit now my head is banging, WEAK! i aint drinking that again lol... what gives you guys bad hangovers?

any type of cider like bulmers, magners, strongbow and the worst being Blackthorn are killers for me. And good old whiskey and vodka :(
