hi does anybody know where i can pick up some stiff rear dampers for my 1L flat arch on standerd ride hight, will the the vt ones fit as i have seen some gas dampers on ebay, i want to siffen it up abit so that the back end doesent go as far down as the arch is rubing my tyer on the drivers side i think its fooked

My rear driver side tire rubs on the occasional bump/dip in the road too.
Annoying! Let me know if this sort's your's mate, I shall consider doing the same.

will do mate im not shure, but i think im going to buy the gas ones of ebay, not yet though as there about 80-90 deliverd and i dont have cash yet as im sorting out a regretable exhuast decision:(

if you want to stiffen it up get thicker torsion bars and stiffer shocks. kam racing

Is the top of the tyre rubbing or the sidewall?
If its the sidewall then you probably just need to remove the lip inside the arch. This can be done many ways depending on how much of a bodger you are: i got a pair of pliers and bent mine up out the way, but you could grind it off as long as you smoothed it all and left no sharp edges, or you could go to a bodyshop and get the arches professionally rolled.
