They would have crushed it anyway. They crush major drug dealers cars and confiscate all of their assets that they can't prove they earned a decent living to pay for, anything that's attributed to drug money is reposessed.

most probs OR due to the car is off the road and crushed they may just totally wipe all its records out usally a HPI check would say if the cars been crushed but in this instance id say they wanted the whole thing destroyed plate and all. due to the plate is connected to illegal matters! i.e drugs.

the guys wrong. they cant auction it off the car was involved in illegal related things. so the plate/car has a background...same with cars stolen and recoverd. the new owner would by law have to know the previous owner was a drug dealer lol. so nopes it dont work that way im affraid haha. and auction parts off nah imagine how much it would cost them to strip the car down then sell all the items and then have to sort out the paper work etc etc crushing it is the easy option. kinda like how california have that law about boy racers etc etc.
