anyone go to this? it's basically the biggest airshow in europe, been goin every year for about 11 years now and still love it, it's this weekend anyone who's into planes i would highly reccommend it :)

yeh it's meant to be ok this year unlike last year when it got cancelled, i'm goin for the weekend, don't go into the show anymore cos we stay on a big hill campin thats right opposite the runway, and because it's no the other side of the crowd, it's under the flying circuit so we get a better show cos they fly over us so low you could throw stuff and hit them! they set car alarms off they are that loud!

Yer the airfield was flooded last year, they gave us a refund on the tickets. Im also at Shoreham airshow next month. :y:

should have seen the field we were on, it looked like glastonbury! didn't have the sax last year, if it's like that again i'm gonna have to leave the car at the bottom of the field! if you're only into watchin the planes and aren't fussed about goin in and lookin at the stalls and planes on the ground etc you should do the park and view on our site, it's about £10 and like i say the view you get is 50 times better than in the airfield itself! it's called totterdown farm btw

MMMMMMEEEEEEEEEE I can't wait, i'm going on the Sunday, been going every year for ages (apart from last year coz of the floods) Going VIP style too so there's no traffic jams/delays :D Most people i talk to are like 'huh what's RIAT' :wacko:lmao

it is the best! the only difficult choice is wether to intoxicate myself with cider or lager all weekend? settin off 9am on friday, should get there for 11ish, pitch up the tent, get the boot open and the tunes out (wings fm!!!) and then start the boozin!
