inerior silver dash trim removal?

as above, how can i remove the silver/aluminium dash trim for painting, without damaging it?



anyone with tips, or who has done it?

i aint done it but u take the 2 screws out near the heating controls and take all the knows and wat have u off then i imagine itll come off!!!
