bought a lower strut brace from strutbracer.com on the 13th MAY, after a month of waiting, contacted them, and apparently it was sent back to them, so they said it would be re sent. another month went by, so i emailed them again, and apparently they said it had been resent ages ago, so they gave me the order number for me to track on parcelforce. so i did. and it had apparently been delivered!!! but there was no evidence of a signature on the site! apart from firebombing the offices, what you think i should do? how could i prove they hadnt delivered it to me? cheers

do you need a sig for parcelforce? also its not like they can post it thru letterbox

the website gives details of what day and time it was "delivered" and theres a box for the electronic signature to be displayed. apart from there isnt a signature there, am gna give them a call and ask whats what

request a refund and go to Kam. Strutbracer and 106 Parts order in bulk for the OMP parts direct from Italy. They wait until they have a big enough order before they make one. Obviously the bigger the delivery the bigger the saving for them.

if you order at the start of a new batch then your going to be waiting weeks/months, however if you order near the end of a fresh order then you will get it pretty soon.

gonna have to wait till monday as the office is closed!! gutted!! only reason i went with them was because it was a few quid cheaper. regret that now lol was gonna use the moneys towards the supersprint im gonna buy in 10 minutes! exiting!

I find strut bracer and 106 parts generally rubbish.

Only way to buy through them is ebay as it seems they have those items in stock and with the feedback system do a bit more to do the business.

And don't post about it on the rallye register as they linked somehow and it's frowned upon by his following.

strutbracer are shit, i ordered a "sparco" strut brace for my clio two years agog, and got a strut brace with bolts taped to it with sparco tape, very poor quality and wasnt correct length or hole drilled in right place, sent it back and they sent another of the same, in one word POOR

I got mine from there and it was her in a couple of days. Just a bundle for upper and lower. I thought they we pretty good.
