dose the vts have springs on the back ?
what would i need to convert a mk1 vtr torsion bar to springs and cost?

no saxo's dont have springs on the back
you cant convert a torsion bar to springs... well you could, but im guessing to get it to the best set up / geometry etc etc, its going to be very time consuming & costly

budget £3k+ for it if you're not doing any work yourself. . . . .

£3K if you are fitting very expensive coilovers to the rear.
Under 2 ... did this to my Peugeot 205 and got some impressive gains with the handling. When I get the 309 sprayed I think I'll tinker with the 106 van and do the conversion to that.
Really its a race / track modification.. for a road car it still makes a difference but TBH not worth the expence
