Need a little info here. Just had ma car in the workshop this morning to sort out an induction problem, the wheel was turned on full lock and i realised that i had bout 1.5cm clearance between the wheel and the inside of the arch. Its got standard VTS wheels on with a 195/50 tyre. I want 16inch tsw warrioirs on but will they fit straight on without rubbing off the inside arch? smileys/smiley5.gif

If you get a 40 profile tyre it should be oik, is yours lowered, might need to take arch liners out.

It's not rubbing yet it's obviously fine with the standard wheels. If i go for 16's in the same thickness of the standard wheels does any1 reckon that will be ok? Bags of room at the top of the arch just not inside on full lock smileys/smiley5.gif

195/40 tyre should be o.k but more or less when you upgrade to bigger wheels your allways going to get rubbing on full lock.
