little help asap plz !!!!

iv just put a new batery in my car, and started it for the first time in a few mounths, but when i started it, it was like it dident want to turn over and it was strugling, and when i reved it the revs on it wasent smooth if anyone nos what i mean lol sorry if it dosent explain it very well but help asap plzzzzz :y:

Take it for a drive to get all the fluids running back through the engine again and it should be ok.

cheers mate ya sure thats what it is because its not on the road atm and im kinda shitting it if the engine seezes up like

if its off the road start it every week and run it for like 10mins will help the engine if its just sitting there in the drive

yh i used to mate but the batery died on it so i had to buy a new one and only just got around to it today like but it just sounds slugish like
