Car software

Hi all is there a software were you pick a car and you have a list of options and you can do the car you pick on your pc and add things you want like bumpers and alloys and all sorts of stuff and see how it looks and have this image so you no how you want your car too look like if there is can anyone tell me where i can get it from and if not there should be because i was hoping that the saxo was in need for speed so i can do it up but nooo they even put a 106 i think it was in underground 2 why aint saxo in it?

there is but only for vw's! its called www.dubmodder.com
i love mk1 golfs so thats how i found it! there isn't as far as i'm aware anything else like that! closest is p.s but u have do be pretty good to make it look decent
