Right i've done a search and all i can find is loosen the 13mm bolt under the heatsheild.
Im not sure where the heatsheild is. Also when im adjusting it, does the handbreak need to be off or does it matter if its on? Cheers.

tighten the bolt, have the handbrake OFF at the time, its very sensitive... about 1.4 - 1.2 a turn will take it from around 8 clicks to about 2-3 ...
its a piss easy job.
check wheels spin freely afterwards, as tightening it, pushes the pads out and can cause the wheels to lock, even with the H-brake off!

Hey Lloyd,
The handbrake needs adjusting if the handbrake travels more than 7 clicks.

...under the car... If you jack up the car then DO NOT work under the car without the car being placed on axle stands and ensure that the wheels are chocked!
13.7 (Picture) Remove the exhaust heat shield. If you have a centre silencer then you'll need to remove it to get access to the heatshield nuts (gr8 !)
Get yourself a rachet spanner for the handbrake adjuster nut and a helper as these will help you alot.
13.8 (Picture) Slacken handbrake adjuster nut (you may not have to do this if yours are already slack). Both rear wheels should be able to turn freely.
13.9 Pull up the handbrake 4 clicks
13.10 Tighten handbrake adjuster nut until both rear wheels can be turned by your helper with a slight resistance.
13.14 Check that both wheels lock fully when the handbrake reaches a maximum of 7 clicks.
This is an awkward job rather than a difficult job.
