ive just gone to get my torque screw out of the sunroof winder but its rounded off anyone know how i can remove it cheers in advance

any chance you can hacksaw a groove so you could put in a flat head screwdriver. or reach in some pliers/grips?

if not then you could use one of them tap sets.
or if all else fails is there anyway you could snap off the winder to make room for some pliers/or grips to grab the screw

cant get a hacksaw in mate ive got a very small pair of mould grips going to try them if all else fails then i will snap the winder off like you said

if ur going to replace with a 106 sunroof then it wont be a huge loss.

Drill the head off the screw with a drill bit the same size as the screw thread, the winder should just fall off then get a pair of pliers to the stud thats left over.

just started to do this rich and now my battery on my drill is dead its charging up now just pissed off as i cant seem to get anything done today
