Lights flashing

My lights start to flash continously for a minute or so evry now n then, thinking its got to do wi the alarm, ive just took the green relay out from the engine bay fusebox and this stops it, any1 any ideas wots causing this

not yet but was thinkin it was more to do with the alarm as it happens now n again
